Here is another evil character of my own, Princess Dotty Wantit, She is a Spoilt Young West Highland Terrier and wants to be a Puppy Poof Sister and is jealous of the Puppy Poof Sisters and will throw a tantrum or an argument with her owner and gets her way and will be the secondary villain in Puppy Poof Sisters.
