My 39th Garfield OC Eddy the Spotted Hyena

 

Here is my 39th Garfield OC Eddy, He is a spotted hyena who has a tenancy to laugh at anything that is not funny in a cruel way and escaped from a zoo mental hospital because of being too insane and is Nermal's henchman and resembles Psycho Weasel from Who framed Roger rabbit, Hyena from Tabaluga, Ripper Roo from Crash Bandicoot, Eddy from Ed, Edd n Eddy and Ed from The lion king.
