It's my tenth April Fools Day Special Cartoon. It involves a Fancy Mouse pranking a Tuxedo Cat with a 100 Tons Hand Weight inspired by Looney Tunes, Tom and Jerry, Tex Avery, Tiny Toon Adventures and Animaniacs (similarly.) to make users and people laugh.
