It involves a crossover of my favortie characters from TV Shows and Movies: Happy the Arctic Hare from Tabaluga, Officer Carmen the Arctic Fox from Patrol 03, Lars the Little Polar Bear and Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer from Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer the Movie in the Arctic.
Tabaluga is made by Peter Maffay and Yoram Gross.
Patrol 03 is made by Christophe Izard and Cinar.
Lars the Little Polar Bear is made by the BBC and Warner Bros.
Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer the Movie is made by GoodTimes Entertainment.
