He is a cute and loyal puppy who has a Blue Teddy Bear called Teddy Blue and he loves the Teletubbies and their friends and is enemies to D Sam and is Baby Lea, Baby Honey, Baby Lola Mole, Baby Shelly, Baby Hazel Mouse, Baby Oscar Fox, Baby Blossom Lamb and Baby Fou Fou Kitten's Best Friend. Baby River Puppy is based on Blue From Blue's Clues, Bluey, Riolu and Growlithe from Pokémon and Lucky from 101 Dalmatians.
