It involves a Dirty Swamp Rat making a pond murky by his filth and a shocked Axolotl is upset and a frog is angry at the Swamp Rat for making their pond murky.

Here is a Fakemon Regional Form Rattata for Pokémon:
Rattata: (Cardeffian Form.): The Mouse Pokémon.
Type: Grass/Normal.
Cardeffian Rattata would be found by forest moats and tall grass as people believe it wants them to lead back to the cars from walks or hikes. They eat crops on farms and allotments that will annoy farmers and gardeners.
Trivia: Cardeffian Rattata are based on Wood Mice and Swamp Rats.
Note: Cardeffia is my new Pokémon Legends Region next to Galar and Cardeffia is based on Cardiff the Capital Towns in Wales.
